What the agents handle
The posts, the review replies, the text back on a missed call, the qualification, the estimate follow up, the seasonal campaigns, the page updates, and the reporting. This is most of the work, it runs on a schedule or the moment something happens, and it does not take weekends off.
What a person reviews
Four things, every time: replies to unhappy customers, campaign sends, anything that costs money above your line, and anything that touches your identity or your Google verification. Those land in one queue and get cleared in batches, not one email at a time.
What you see
- A requirements list and a signed link, so you never have to make an account to tell us something.
- An activity log: what ran, when, what it produced, with links.
- A monthly report you can read in ten minutes, and a dashboard we will walk through on a call if you want the detail.
- A baseline from week one, so every number is compared against your own starting point.
Your first 30 days
- Day 0 to 1: you grant what we asked for, from a list that tells you exactly where to click.
- Day 2 to 5: baseline captured, profile cleaned up, tracking installed and verified with a live test call.
- Week 2: missed call text and booking live, first posts scheduled, review asks armed.
- Day 30: the first report, what ran, what it produced, and what we recommend adding.
What we will not do
- We will not quote your jobs. The agent acknowledges, captures, and hands off.
- We will not bot Google or spam directories. Where there is no API, a person or a vendor does it, because a suspended account is your problem, not a shortcut.
- We will not cold email your customer list.
- We will not promise you rankings or lead volume.
- We will not take a second company in your category in your ZIP code.
